It is not, and was not intended to be an example of the worst. Actually the exact opposite. The DMV is intended as an example of a low complexity, low risk task that should be easily done well, and despite that, is usually done horribly. Thats my point. If the government cant get a dmv right, why would I expect them to be able to handle anything else. |
