To note, these different and more serious problems don't seem to be addressed, but a ban on mobile internet access is a no-brainer for most people apparently.
Teachers will still have phones, many buildings have a wired phone in each classroom, and guns are loud so someone near a phone will call for help. You know like how it always worked before every student had a constantly connected pocket distraction.
