Google "filibuster" and "US Senate", and then maybe you'll understand why your statement is in bad faith.

Filibuster isn't a law, it's a senate procedure. Like all other senate procedures it can be removed by a simple majority.

This has been modified numerous times in recent history for judicial appointments.
