It depends. The mantainers can choose any language they like. I'm not sure but a part of Ruby was in Japanese and a part of Lua in Portuguese(Br) because the author were from those countries. (Perhaps only the email list? I don't remember the details.) Anyway, I agree that it's easier to find contributor from all arround the world if the mantainer choose Broken English as the main language of the project. [Hi from Argentina!] |
