Like, yes, if I have a constant stream of any packaging I’m going to dispose of it. In California, stores giving away free bags seems to have compounded the problem. Banning single-use plastic bags and adding a bag tax seems like the way to go. |

That's what California did, and it failed. Nobody is "giving away free bags"...
