Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew what the law was around hobbies/side projects on the TN. I know I can't get paid for work I do in the US outside the company I am employed at, but can I do unpaid things? even if they eventually become paid? for example, can I make youtube videos in the US then publish them without monetization, and if I get the proper visa eventually, I turn on monetization? |
