He acknowledges this is the paragraph above that quote. It's not written by a lawyer, but is limited by legal obligations as part of the settlement with Twitch. So it's obviously because Twitch made confidentiality (of details) part of the settlement agreement in which Twitch paid Dr Disrespect. |
