If I’m hiring someone I want someone who can think for themselves oh and has actual fucking domain knowledge. Not one of your zero to hero bootcamp course graduates. Someone with a genuine interest and can think and is passionate about their job will always be welcomed to the firm for me. I’ve interviewed some absolutely fucking shocking people in high profile jobs clearly wanting to move before they get found out. What makes you think this will change? If someone doesn’t know what to ask ChatGPT about cloud for example then they won’t know. Full stop. |
