I just look for people who seem to have it figured out but aren't flashy. Generally looking for people who have similar views as me on the past things I have figured out and they got the same or "right" answer that I've come to discover. I also don't really see it as a true mentorship. I see it as a collaborative back-and-forth. Like friends. |
