It doesn't matter if you are an indie hacker, a freelance or a VC-backed startup founder. You need to talk to (potential) users to understand their needs and problems and offer a solution to that. In the whole indie hacker community it feels like a lot of people build products that target other indie hackers. Not sure what to think of this but they all have similar problems. However, a lot of products / startups never make any money. How do you go about deciding what to build? |
