Fair. We've worked well together for past 1.5 years, but I suspect it might be because our roles & boundaries were clearly defined. We didn't have that talk when we kicked off this venture. Early on I broached the topic with list of questions such as how do we disagree, how to handle breakup, hot buttons, practices/guidelines around finances. I need to push again to get those answers. |
