Hi. How come Hightouch requires a LinkedIn URL, but does not require a resume/CV, in order to submit a job application? Shouldn't that be reversed (ie - social media profiles are optional)? Also, do you consider that social media profile URLs may be included within a resume? If so, why create additional busy work? |
