Preferably the latter but if the agent can use a crappy app for you (maybe using accessibility APIs in some cases) that’s better than the bad experience that “download our app” usually is. Better yet the system should know about all the commercial options available to you and be a partner in getting food you like, taking advantage of discounts, all of that. |
