It all depends on your application and what kind of strength you desire. PLA is extremely stiff and strong in tensile forces, but has a tendency to fail spectacularly when you step just outside of it's comfort zone. And resin prints are used in injection molding applications, a place where PLA would fail spectacularly. They’re also used in dental molds, a place where PLA would dissolve in the persons mouth
