Neither of those sentences cite a source. The papal bull notes, "our predecessor of immortal memory, Pius IX, solemnly proclaimed the dogma of the loving Mother of God's Immaculate Conception." Pope Pius IX died in 1878. Did he proclaim that Mary was born without sin but she still didn't have a soul? So, how many errors do we have to find in the paper before we just dismiss the paper as nonsense? |
