For static, I would choose HTML, CSS, and JS (Basically a framework and library like React). I usually use Laravel, Vue, and InertiaJS for the fullstack. Even though I considered trying a new stack for [1], I decided to stick with what I am familiar with. One reason is because Laravel already integrates well with queues.
