Agree strongly. Another good example is industrial seed oils: canola/rapeseed oil, and even things thar sound innocuous like sunflower seed oil. Avoid, avoid, stick to olive oil which has been field tested for millenia. It reminded me a couple of days ago of that scene from the Princess Bride:
