Frankly, having used flot for http://burntbrunch.github.com/Silk-Rabbit-Hole/html/index.ht..., I wouldn't recommend it. It was a complete pain to do tooltips, since flot insists on drawing them with divs.

gRaphael looks a lot more customizable.
