The facts seem kind of light here. Sounds like Boeing essentially did further "due diligence" using privileged information, decided the whole concept wasn't viable and wasn't afraid to share that information. Given that buying companies is the only way such a calcified company can expand its product base, you'd expect them to be better at it... |
