Ask HN: Who else is trying to connect their CRM with their Support tool?

We built a v1 that connects your Intercom with your CRM, consolidates all your customer feedback, and adds a dollar value to each insight. We’re engineers, and want to make this engineering friendly. Previously, we had to rely on PMs to give us context behind certain insights, often incomplete or subjective. We’re trying to build a solution that holds all relevant context and we’re starting with account information, i.e. which specific user made the comment.
