Well timed, I'm at the 8 week mark on a diet and due to an injury I got, I need to eat less if I want to lose more weight because I can't lift right now. Regardless, a friend asked me what diet I was doing and I said, " good ol fashioned calorie counting " Calories in, calories out. Either reduce energy intake, increase expenditure, or both. |
