I did in my preparation and there are several mentions of this on glassdoor, but mostly from quants, which mention that they feel like they were mining for strategy information, under the guise of an interview.

I meant that from my experience training is done in “real” interviews with candidates that passed the CV screening bar.
I only have very little data points as in different companies but have been in lots of interviews with trainees conducting their first interview.
