Pretty sweet and easy to get this working in a Rails app http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowToReceiveEmailsWi... Then users in the rails app can claim feedback, and reply through the system, so everything gets nice and logged. I'm not sure what your development platform looks like but you should be able to wire this type of thing up somehow.
