True, and for the bigger companies you can assume this will be handled correctly. A lot of smaller companies don’t follow the rules that strictly. Off-topic: if I understand the GDPR correctly, applicants can also request all of their data of the interview process, and the company will have to send their interview notes, assessments etc. Would be a dick move, and I’ve never seen it done, but I’m still waiting for the first candidate to try it. |
