For those of us bootstrapping while holding jobs, is it ok to not be full time for this as long as we are shipping?

Yep. If you can ship every week, maintain a fulltime job, and not go completely bonkers in 12 weeks we'd love to have you! :)

If you can do at least as much work as some "full time" employees every day you can probably call it even ;)
