https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1830576 was the ticket with the actual fix. This bug had hundreds of duplicates. And finally Chromium, Safari and Firefox came together to fix it.

The duplicated bug was where the fix was landed, it was just easier to use a new bug rather than discuss things on the 25 year old bug.
