You are using characterisations there rather than facts. Or irrelevant facts, such as how the leader was elected. Think about who else in history has been democratically elected. Courts can only deal in facts otherwise they are ineffective. Courts that care about “optics” are ineffective. And there are no optics here that will please everyone. So just follow law. |
