Or go to a physiotherapist. Now. Just to get you on the right track before you do yourself further damage. (I had a bout of pain that lasted about three weeks, with a longer period of discomfort that followed. If I typed at all, it was with two pencils; I paired with a guy I was training and he did all the typing for that period. I was only able to get back into it after a month of physio appointments, directed exercises and remedial massage. I know I'm just a single data point, but I don't see how at least getting a professional opinion just in case would be a bad thing.) |

They exist for a reason, they will no how long (if at all) you need to rest an injury, and they'll know how to treat it to minimise downtime.
