Plenty of people don't want the higher fuel consumption, worse visibility, and higher cost associated with larger vehicles.
The OP use Tesla as an example.

The Bolt is smaller and lighter than the Model 3.

And for that smaller size and lower weight you'd expect much better range... Right? Right??

Also we'll see what the new LFP bolts weigh...

You called it a "larger vehicle". In no way is it "larger" than a Model 3. Right? Who said anything about range?
