Absolutely, very good to keep things burning. It's also good to not need to burn them. We can be remarkably efficient with the right conditioning. I eat once/day and would do less if not for literally boredom. I do next to nothing physically all day. I'm fine, I just don't need a lot of upkeep. I have all the metabolism I need! My health may be suffering for it, but I enjoy getting back a solid chunk of the day. Eating is such a time sink... now it's exercise too?! I know it's nuts, I have an unhealthy relationship with food lol. Even the social side, it's hard to explain but people get mad when you don't want to eat with them. |
