Yes! back in 2001, I wrote a set of tools I called Ted's Toolbox, to help me with GPS, astronomy and coding things I needed. It's in Java (with Swing UI), and free today. I still use it several times a week. Download the toolbox here (get the folders too), and you must have Java installed.
