No, your random USB power supplies were just particularly shitty. It doesn't need to be their power supply, it just needs to not be a piece of crap. agreed that mini HDMI is bullshit. running a company and pricing things is a dark art. there's so much psychology to it, getting you in the door at $40, then up charging for add ons is a time honored tradition sales tactic. win or lose, judge it on the out-the-door price as long as you compare it to the out-the-door price of other options (Intel NUC, Droid,
