It's basically just this. Dubai is a way to hire Indians without having to set up shop in India. Likewise, Singapore for the Chinese. And all of Canada. Much of this immigration-driven offshoring or, shall I coin it, "glamorshoring" will stop or even reverse once H1B fraud is reduced in the next few years. |
