They don't know if they could restart the grid? Do they think the turbines will not start, or what? Why isn't there an emergency plan and scheduled failure testing in place? Netflix randomly power cycles entire datacenters to verify their coordination and fail over plans work. Why does my Parks&Rec stream have better disaster planning than critical infrastructure? |
