This is just a rare edge case I guess it is worth ignoring it. The local decree is in clear violation of Articles 1 and 5 of the Grundgesetz in any case. Which was specifically designed to prevent bullying of sort. In particular there's this notion of Meinungsfreiheit ("freedom of thought" essentially) as an explicitly protected right, which you might want to look into. |
