Ask HN: GitHub Copilot competitors and AI Coding Assistant round-up

Do you have experience using an AI Assistant for code creation? What has your experience been? I've been rolling Copilot out to our developers at a large organization, we currently have 6,000 of our 13,000 developers using it. I'm looking for others to research.

Our findings with Copilot:

* Folks who try it, overwhelmingly like it. Some curmudgeons refuse to use it

* It sucks for very old codebases that have diverged from public standards/topics

* People who show potential as managers, have a much easier time onboarding.
