Does anyone have examples of larger companies making "engineering centers" work? It appears every time a large company opens in a country outside of say the top 10% by GDP it ends up being a failure though it takes forever to happen because nobody wants to take the blame for their implementation blunder. Seen too many executives in the past continue to say how much it is a success and then it comes to light how much of an issue it caused. Seems to be the story of every company that opens up purely for cost savings. |
