You can run smaller LLMs in 8GB, for example, but it's a tight fit and you're going to be limited to really really small models. You can get a moto g for $99 (!) on sale at https://www.motorola.com/us/specials right now and that's... I mean, that's an old model, but it's perfectly serviceable yet. |
