Not from Apple. They run it through a software that "tests" the battery and always returns "good" and tell you they can't do anything for you.

I have had my battery replaced on my iPad and on my kid's iPads. They did them both with no questions asked but they were pretty worn out.

If it's out of warranty they don't care that much.
