Zerotier does way more: From what I read, RPi Connect uses WebRTC to wire VNC Server & Client up. Sounds more like Remote Desktop than L2/L3 (like ZeroTier/Hamachi/Tailscale/etc)?

Ah yeah you may be right, they do say it's only from a web browser. Makes sense why it's webrtc then, and not something less convoluted.
