The issue was that the game was sold in more than 100 countries where the PSN is not available. This was not mentioned anywhere on the game steam page nor in game, since the PSN link process was fully disabled. So people played for more than 2 hours (which is valve’s refund limit). And when the news broke out, they realized they couldn’t create a PSN account. That was the real trigger of the outrage. |

This is the store page a couple weeks after launch... It still says psn account required.
