I use CMake when I have to, and XMake when I want to. I use CLion for its CMake integration, and recently sought out XMake integration for it as well .. this works so well, I just don't see myself ever going back to CMake willfully. Its just a huge difference in the semantics and ontology required to maintain projects with these tools. |
