Last time I worked with RT, to do anything custom you had to script it in perl. That's a language that hasn't been popular for a couple of decades (yes I know it's still running a lot of stuff, but try to hire a Perl dev in 2024), good luck. Maybe a case where AI could help. But not sure even AI knows about RT "scriptlets" |
