Contact forms are a way for companies to offload work onto you, so the data you're sending them is structured in their preferred manner. That argument goes away with LLMs, which can be decently used to process free-form mail. But then, a company with an already awful contact form will hardly do the work to implement that. I guess there's space for a startup doing that and selling it as a service. |
