No! Whatever you do, do not go cold turkey on you anti-depressants. The withdrawal can kill you. Also, everyone reacts differently to each SSRI and it takes time for them to settle in. You may have had one that didn’t jive with you, but that doesn’t mean a different one wouldn’t jive. |
