Did Gen Z broke our marketing funnel?

Marketing is essential for startups, Looks like well known funnels do not work anymore and it became hard to attract users especially Gen Z. What strategies should we use to attract Gen Z ? What motivates them?

Do you see those low effort Taco Bell ads on places like YouTube and twitch? Really plain video that looks like it was just recorded in an empty Taco Bell with some unknown person who I guess is some internet personality that only that demographic would be aware of hyping up the food and then taking a bite of it and then that's the commercial....

They want to be told what to experience because people that they think everyone universally knows exists because of their social bubble tells them this is something that they should experience.

They don't want good. They don't even want popular. They want bubble trend.

Sell them an experience because that experience is something that some tick tock somebody or other trend thing...

Sell them a service that teaches them what folder structures are on a computer.

I don't know and I don't understand most of the oddities of that generation.

Sell them nostalgia that they've never experienced but now they think is cool. That seems to be a thing that Gen z is into.

Edit: cynical take on your last part. Nothing motivates them. They are seemingly eternally confused sheep that vehemently deny being such.

Generally, avoid "experiences"-based marketing, and focus on having a good product. (though this does depend on your audience)
Is it good enough to have a good product ?
What's your product? Why is it better than altetnatives? Hard to give advice without knowing that.
What motivates them?

Good products that solve their issues.

What problems do they have ?
