This is an article written in Czech, about an incident that occurred in Czechia. Assuming USD makes no sense.

I was (mistakengly) assuming €.
The Czech Republic didn't join the Euro, so you'd need to divide the number by about 25 to get Euros or Dollars.
Exchange rate is 1 EUR to 25 CZK.
since the original article is in Czech and the event happened in Czechia, it's gonna be billions of Czech Crowns. 1 billion CZK is approximately 40 million EUR.
