Will our far-future descendants be machines/robots/something else? Will we manage to fabricate biological life from dead/raw materials? (personal guess: yes). Will we encounter aliens? (or perhaps more likely: artefacts left by aliens). Will science manage to find a "theory of everything"? How will Earth be doing 1000, 10k or 100k+ years from now?
