Why are the lead times so long? Is it the shipping?
If you're worried about operating in China another option would be to move closer the shenzhen.
Kuala Lumpur has cheap rent, good infrastructure and overnight shipping to shenzhen should be possible. Similarly Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan,Singapore and so on are easier to operate in while being closer to the "source".
Definetly go and visit Shanzhen first though. |
