Have any proof for this claim? How do you know it doesn't fail to publish a page when there's no video available? ^ Just curious where you got the info. Beyond that: Being publicly available on YouTube would still mean it is allowed to be summarized by another person. This restriction you speak of has never existed in any copyright law. |
